5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post and are typically delivered within 1-3 business days. Please allow an extra 3 days during high order volume.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or issues related to customs.

6. Refund and Return Policy

  • All sales are final due to the nature of our products. However, if you receive a product that is not as advertised, please contact us with proof, and we will work to resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for more details.

All orders are shipped in plain packaging with no reference to the contents to ensure your privacy.
